If you would like to visit our office and are traveling by car from downtown Ballston Spa, NY, start by heading south on Milton Avenue (Route 50) away from the historic village center. Proceed along Milton Avenue for nearly about a mile, driving past local shops and the bridge over the Kayaderosseras Creek, until you reach the major intersection with Prospect Street. Turn right onto Prospect Street and continue heading west for about half a mile as you pass the outlying residential neighborhoods. Keep an eye out for Eastline Road, where you will make a left turn. Head south on Eastline Road for just a short distance, then make a right turn onto Whispering Pines Lane. Drive down the lane for a short distance, then take a final right onto Arcadia Court. Christie’s Caribbean Travel will be on your left side.
If you are using public transit, you can easily reach the agency via the CDTA Capital District Transportation Authority local bus network. Begin your journey at the downtown Ballston Spa bus stop located near the corner of Milton Avenue and Front Street. Board the CDTA Route 450 Bus heading southbound. Ride the bus down Route 50 for a distance of approximately a mile and pull requested lines before the major intersection. De-board the bus at the Route 50 & Ballston Avenue transit stop. Because the agency is nestled in a private development just off the main commercial strip, you will travel the remaining distance on foot. From the bus stop, walk south along the edge of Route 50 for a short distance, then turn right onto the connecting pedestrian-friendly pathway toward Whispering Pines Lane. Follow Whispering Pines Lane westward for about a short distance before turning right onto Arcadia Court. Walk a few steps down the cul-de-sac, and you will find Christie’s Caribbean Travel on your left hand side.
